Bennett Boehning & Clary is pleased to announce the opening of our newest office in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The new location will allow us to better serve clients in Montgomery County and the surrounding region, offering the same high standard of care and counsel that has defined our firm since 1948.
In celebration of this milestone, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held in partnership with the Crawfordsville Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Deepening Our Community Engagement
Our presence in Crawfordsville is more than just a physical expansion — it is a reflection of our long-standing ties to the area and our dedication to being active contributors to the community.
Our two attorneys leading the new office are Ashley Spolarich and Aaron Spolarich. They are both members of the Montgomery County Bar Association, with Aaron having served as president of the association for two consecutive years. Aaron is also a devoted member of the Crawfordsville Kiwanis Club, where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2020 and currently holds the office of President. They are joined by Patrick Burnette, a paralegal who also has deep ties to the local community.
We are proud to be members of both the Crawfordsville Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and Crawfordsville Main Street, organizations that play a vital role in supporting the local economy and preserving the vibrancy of downtown Crawfordsville.
