Bennett Boehning & Clary is excited to announce that two of our attorneys, Kyle E. Cray and Cecelia Neihouser Harper, have been awarded the Super Lawyer Rising Star award of 2023. This prestigious award is a peer-nominated award for attorneys from firms of all sizes and over 70 practice areas, and less than 2.5% of lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Star List. The Rising Star award also stipulates that each attorney must be 40 years or younger or individuals who have been in practice for less than 10 years. Great care is taken to ensure that each attorney is nominated based upon their credentials alone. Independent research is also conducted for each candidate based on 12 indicators with a rated scale, including items such as scholarly lectures and writings, pro bono and community service work, and client representation. Each nominee is then peer-reviewed by a fellow attorney of the same practice area. We wish both Kyle and Cecelia hearty congratulations on their Super Lawyer Rising Star of 2023 award.
Kyle E. Cray practices Criminal Law, Divorce, Custody, & Family Law, and Personal Injury, Accidents, & Wrongful Death. Cecelia Neihouser Harper practices Agribusiness, Business & Corporate Law, Divorce, Custody & Family Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Wills, & Trusts.
