New Attorney: Cecelia Neihouser Harper

New attorney Cecelia Neihouser Harper joined BB&C in October 2016.

Cecelia’s work at BB&C combines her love of the law and background in agriculture. Cecelia grew up in a farming family, competed in the Indiana High School Rodeo, and showed animals at the Pulaski County 4-H Fair. She and her husband live in the Francesville area and are grain farmers and swine producers in Jasper County. She has a firsthand understanding of the challenges that face farming communities and is excited about using her legal expertise to help farmers navigate the realities of modern agribusiness.

With an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, Cecelia earned her J.D. summa cum laude, with honors from Valparaiso University School of Law. Last summer, she served as a summer associate in a Lafayette area law firm where she practiced in areas of employment law, estate planning, real estate, and business law.

Cecelia’s love of the law and passion for helping people extends to all our clients. She recognizes that legal matters can be troublesome and feels honored to assist clients in resolving difficult situations. She is thrilled to begin her career at BB&C.
